Effective June 19, 2026. Vensofts operates Luma Player and acts as controller for account and service data. Luma Player is a media player only; Vensofts does not provide channels, playlists, movies, series, or streaming content.

Data we process

• Account details such as name, email address, password hash, subscription state, and legal acceptance records.
• Device identifiers and metadata used for login, device limits, security, session revocation, and prevention of repeated trial abuse.
• Playlist names and connection details supplied by the user. Connection secrets are encrypted at rest and are processed only to provide requested playback and playlist functions.
• Billing, reseller, payout, and transaction metadata. Luma Player does not store complete card or bank credentials.
• Support messages, audit records, redacted diagnostics, request status, app version, and crash information when enabled.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the contracted service, authenticate accounts, operate trials and subscriptions, secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Depending on location, the legal basis is performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and service operation, consent where requested, or compliance with law.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data, use it for cross-app tracking, or serve targeted advertising. Data may be handled by contracted hosting, database, email, crash-monitoring, app-store, payment, and support providers only as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Providers may process data in other countries under applicable contractual and transfer safeguards.

Retention

• Sessions: up to 30 days unless revoked sooner.
• Account and playlist data: while the account is active; playlist secrets are removed when the source or account is deleted.
• Encrypted backups: up to 35 days under the production backup lifecycle.
• Device and trial-abuse hashes: up to 24 months for security and repeat-trial prevention.
• Support records and redacted operational logs: up to 24 months and 30 days respectively.
• Financial, reseller, tax, fraud, and required audit records: up to 7 years or the period required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to a privacy regulator. You can delete your account in the mobile Account screen or use the account-deletion page. We verify requests and respond within applicable legal deadlines.

Security, children, and changes

We use HTTPS, restricted production access, encrypted PostgreSQL backups, encryption for playlist connection secrets, and hashed authentication tokens. No system is risk-free. Luma Player is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required locally. We will post material policy changes with a new effective date.

처리하는 데이터

• 결제, 리셀러, 지급, 거래 메타데이터. Luma Player는 전체 카드 또는 은행 인증 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.

처리 목적 및 법적 근거

당사는 계약된 서비스를 제공하고, 계정을 인증하며, 체험 및 구독을 운영하고, 플랫폼을 보호하며, 사기와 남용을 방지하고, 지원 요청에 응답하며, 법적 의무를 준수하고, 안정성을 개선하기 위해 데이터를 처리합니다. 지역에 따라 법적 근거는 계약 이행, 보안 및 서비스 운영에 대한 정당한 이익, 요청된 경우의 동의 또는 법률 준수일 수 있습니다.

공유 및 국외 처리

당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 앱 간 추적에 사용하지 않고, 타겟 광고를 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공 또는 법률 준수에 필요한 범위에서만 계약된 호스팅, 데이터베이스, 이메일, 충돌 모니터링, 앱 스토어, 결제 및 지원 제공업체가 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제공업체는 적용되는 계약 및 이전 보호 조치에 따라 다른 국가에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

선택권 및 권리

지역에 따라 사용자는 접근, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동성 또는 이의 제기를 요청할 수 있으며 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다. 모바일 앱의 계정 화면에서 계정을 삭제하거나 계정 삭제 페이지를 사용할 수 있습니다. 당사는 요청을 확인하고 관련 법률상 기한 내에 응답합니다.

보안, 아동 및 변경

당사는 HTTPS, 제한된 운영 접근 권한, 암호화된 PostgreSQL 백업, 플레이리스트 연결 비밀 정보 암호화, 해시 처리된 인증 토큰을 사용합니다. 어떤 시스템도 위험이 전혀 없을 수는 없습니다. Luma Player는 13세 미만 또는 현지에서 요구되는 더 높은 최소 연령 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 본 방침에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 새로운 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Delete your Luma Player account

Self-service: sign in to the Android or Apple mobile app, open Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion revokes sessions and registered devices, removes playlists and connection secrets, cancels Luma subscription state, and de-identifies the account.

Data required for tax, transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal claims, reseller accounting, and repeat-trial abuse prevention may be retained only for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 35 days before automatic expiration.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@vensofts.com from the account email. We may request proportionate verification. Never send playlist URLs, stream URLs, passwords, tokens, or provider credentials.

Terms of Service

Effective June 19, 2026. By creating an account or using Luma Player, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Media-player-only service

Luma Player is software for organizing and playing media sources supplied by the user. Vensofts does not provide, host, sell, recommend, or verify channels, playlists, movies, series, or streaming services. You must have lawful authority to access every source you add.

Accounts and license

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and meet the minimum legal age in your location. Vensofts grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on the number of devices allowed by the active plan. You may not reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

Prohibited use

• Accessing, distributing, selling, or promoting unauthorized or copyrighted streams.
• Sharing provider credentials without authorization, bypassing device limits, repeating trials through device or identity manipulation, or interfering with security controls.
• Uploading malware, abusing support, infringing intellectual property, or using Luma Player in violation of law.
• Using the reseller program to bundle or advertise streaming content.

Trials, subscriptions, and third parties

The seven-day trial and paid plans unlock Luma Player software only. They include no media content. Prices, renewal periods, cancellation, and payment handling are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by the applicable store terms. User-selected streaming providers and network services are independent third parties; Vensofts is not responsible for their availability, legality, quality, or changes.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, security risk, chargeback, illegal use, infringement, or material breach. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and required records survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that every user-supplied format, server, device, or stream will work continuously. Vensofts does not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Vensofts is not liable for third-party content, provider outages, lost playlists, indirect loss, or unauthorized use of user credentials.

Copyright reports and contact

Send a detailed infringement report identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your authority or signature to legal@vensofts.com. General legal questions may use the same address.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective June 19, 2026. The seven-day trial is intended to let users test software compatibility before a paid subscription. A subscription provides software access only and never includes channels or media content.

App-store purchases

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are handled under the applicable store rules and account tools. Vensofts cannot override a store's refund decision.

Direct or manually reviewed purchases

Contact billing@vensofts.com promptly for duplicate charges, non-delivery of activation, or an incorrect plan. Approved refunds return only the software charge; blockchain or third-party transaction fees are not controlled by Vensofts. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves access active through the paid period. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund. Include only the account email and transaction reference in a billing request; never send playlist credentials.

User Content and Copyright Policy

Luma Player does not host, sell, or provide streaming content. Users may connect only playlists and services they are legally authorized to use. Vensofts does not inspect ordinary playback content, but may act on valid legal notices, abuse reports, or clear platform misuse.

Not allowed

• Bundling, selling, promoting, or linking unauthorized channels, movies, series, or copyrighted streams.
• Publishing playlist URLs, provider usernames, passwords, tokens, or credentials belonging to another person.
• Using reseller invitations, support tickets, names, or descriptions to advertise illegal services.

Reports and enforcement

Reports should identify the rightsholder, protected work, relevant account or public material, the basis for the complaint, and contact details. Send reports to legal@vensofts.com. We may remove metadata, suspend accounts or resellers, preserve required audit evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.
